Thanks to all for the support ... It wasn't my GP's fault, I developed an mental block aginst going to see him. I'd have imaginary conversations with him in my head trying to persuade him to up my dose and he'd always say "No, you can go down but not up".
A while back, the CMA (Canada) sent out a bulletin asking dr's to further restrict precription of benzos. Good principle, but we are all different! The pdoc who reviewed my file said there is growing evidence for a aub-population who need to be on moderate dose of benzos all the time, and I think I may be part of that population, at least while I'm on A-Ds since I'm super sensitive to anxiety side effects. I once had an out-of-body experience on a low dose of Celexa!
