'soup' and losing weight

Jane gave me a good idea for soup....just throwing healthy things together in a pot. This time I used: kale, zucchini, onion, mushrooms, canned fire roasted diced tomatoes, canned green beans, salt, pepper and garlic powder. It was really good! and healthy....I bet adding chicken or rice or something would be good too

It was really easy (which is required for me) and hopefully stuff like this will help me lose weight. I think i gained a lot of weight from winter...so the better weather should help too.
