Most of the interviews I've had with HR were horrible. I'm so tired to telling them what they want to hear, I'd rather tell them what they need to hear which is that their inane questions won't tell them that I can do the job. "Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your boss?" How about YOU tell me about a time and I'll learn from your mistake. That's what I'd like to say.
I am working as a temp right now, but it's not in my field. It's filling in for someone on vacation and I wouldn't want this job permanently.
I'll post how it goes on Tuesday, I'm meeting with a bunch of attorneys and they aren't young, so maybe I'll get a good old fashioned, this is what we need, tell us what you can do.
