I agree with Dinah, and Phillipa has a good idea, too.
If you are not short of breath or coughing, and don't have any other breathing symptoms, it is likely not a lung issue. We have a lot of muscles in the chest area. They can really hurt when we do any of those things you mentioned if they are strained, or if something is inflamed in there. I'd guess it is not serious.
Maybe just take it easy and see your doctor if it gets worse?
