OK, not my imagination

OK, I've figured out that this is not my imagination. I get worse pain when I "bear down" like when peeing hard or pooping.
It's definitely a mild pain (if I can even call it that) when I yawn or breathe deeply. Maybe I am just being a hypochondriac again.
I'm very curious as to what could be causing this though. Any ideas?
