Lol, I think I'd hold off on that stuff till you're feeling yourself again (jmho). Hold off on the cutting permanently please!

Looks like you're doing it by posting it here. Maybe some talk therapy? I don't think anyone cares if you "vent" here as long as you consider advice from time to time. (again, jmho)

If you're taking nardil and reporting your experiences on that I would think this forum is fine. And great that the nardil is working for you!
