well your condition ,puts a strain on the relationship,//he probably dont no how to talk to you as mabye you have gone on a rant at some stage with your illness,,an he thinks best to say nothing.//people do that my wife loves the sh*t of me ,but if your on a downer they go quiet ,not nowing how you will react if they speak.//it actually makes you worse because your in a house of silence//he didnt want to take you to the mental hospital//he just wants you home an well//they are for emergencies an are not cool places to be in fact they make me worse.//so dont put yourself an your husband in that situation ulless you are suicidal believe me.//you probably scared him by mentioning it//he is hitting back because he is scared not unsuportive
