Let's see, I usually say, "OMG, does this weather suck or what"? But if you want to get really Texan, "Looks like there's a storm a brewing!" Or even better, "Looks like its fixin to come a downpour"! I used to work with a girl who said the last one, and we all made fun of her for it. Its like something your Grandma would say. A little more the norm would be "Its fixin to let loose out there!" Of course TX is a huge state so there's all kinds of variations.
