Yes, people are good to me here. It may not always be what I want to hear (midnightblue), but I do always appreciate the effort expended to try to help this one tiny insignificant being in the universe. Okay, maybe not so TINY (baby got back), but you know what I mean.

It took awhile to get over feeling guilty. But I think I have finally been able to accept that this is a rare opportunity to be good to myself. I mean, how often do these types of things happen in OUR favor (i.e anything related to mental health).

Yes, that's something I always say to other people, but find hard to remember myself. Whatever is meant for me is out there waiting. I'll get there eventually.
