I know exactly what you're talking about! It happens with me too, but involving dirty dishes. At night, when I go to bed, my kitchen sink is full of dirty dishes. The next morning, when I get up, they've been washed, dried and put away. This probably sounds weird, but I believe that this phenomenon can be explained through the existence of dishwashing fairies.
