You have to do it for yourself and no one else. People can support you but they won't hold you hand, it has to come from within and if you ask, the universe shall provide. Another nasty lesson is that booze and psych meds DO NOT MIX. So thankyou for your kind words and wonderful news about your 2 year b'day approaching, yippie for you, that's fantastic
