Hey I have PMDD and I didn't get dianogned until after I had kids, when the symptoms were much worse. It got so bad that my DH would keep track of my monthly cycle to know when my safe period was, and I don't mean sex.
Now other conditions can make PMDD worse too. I guess the major sign would be does it seem to get much better once your period starts? Does it start up to 2 weeks before your period. If it does, those are some good sign of it. Mood swings are a good part of it too. There are some meds for it, that help a lot, but you have to talk to your doctor about that.
Well at least we all got a warning, right! I could just tell something was wrong because your humor seems to change its tone a little. But hey, bring it on! I can take it!
