A special thanks for the info about the painkillers. I will definitely take one if the next stage of the journey is as bad as the first, or if one strikes again.
I sure hope the nurse isn't correctly representing the doctor. I'll be happy to show him my vial of unused pills (unless he takes them away from me). No power on earth would get me to go to an ER for pain, what with my emetophobia. I would pretty much have to be unconscious.
I'll try to be more conscientious about preventative measures, and thanks for the new ideas on that. I wish I didn't hate water so.
It's right up there with most painful moments. I didn't make it to natural childbirth, so I have no comparison there. But it ranks up there with my two worst headaches and wisdom tooth removal.
