Maybe something happened to their do not call list. I work for a market reseach call centre, the do not call registry doesn't apply to us because lawmakers recognize the importance of reseach, but we maintain our own do not call lists. More likely than not an autodialer dials the numbers. Maybe something happened to thier list.
Just say, "Put me on your Do Not Call List" again. If you just hang up or get angry and hang up, it counts as a refusal, but you won't be put on the Do Not Call List.
I hope the calls stop for you.
