Our speedometers are in miles, with the km's as an afterthought written faintly on the dial in red.
We cling proudly to miles, feet, pounds and ounces and anything archaic it seems. I'm not complaining, I like it that way. I would hate to have Euros as a currency. My Mum, who's only 56 still says things like " How much? Thats about 30 shillings in old money you know!" And we still talk about distances in yards.
I guess our kids are being taught metric in school, so eventually it'll all be metric.
