All I can do is cry

I am under so much stress. My father had the stroke, he is going in for surgery soon, I am in the middle of midterms at school and I am barely passing. I just get further and further behind, and the hole grows larger.
I can barely get a few hours of sleep at night, and I am anxious all day.
I need a miracle, but I don't think one is in sight.
The world won't slow down, it just keeps going on.
