Phillipa, please please please hang in there. I hear that you feel so hurt and in so much pain and like you have done all you need to in this life, but there is so much more. Even if your kids are successful, they would be devastated, I am sure, if something bad were to happen to you. You have helped so many people here. I know Babble can be upsetting. Maybe take a break and do something you like? Take a warm bath, read a good book, drink hot chocolate? Something comforting?
