My husband is currently on a battlestar galactica (series) DVD binge.He's totally obsessed.
Good news-- he's nowhere near DSM criteria for any mental disorder. He just likes to watch a good story.
If you enjoy it-- indulge! No calories, No risks to your health (other than sleeplessness!) what a panacea :)
Personally, I will be watching Desperate Housewives tonight. It's my indulgence. Sinful, decadent, saucy!
I'm addicted :)
