Both, but mainly contacts.
With glasses, I have trouble with things like walls bending, and depth perception, plus photosensitivity. Heavy astigmatism, so contacts give me much better visual acuity. And I get a slight tint to them, which helps with the photosensitivity.
And I need something almost all the time. I can sleep without them, but otherwise...
