I tried to stay up all night, but it didn't work. I got sleepy at around 5 and then slept until 2 pm.

My two alarms didn't work. I just got up, turned them off and went back to sleep. :-(

I need some more creative ways to get up in the morning. I'm going to use 3 alarm clocks next time. Maybe I should buy 20 cheap alarm clocks so I have to spend 5 mins just turning them all off. LOL

I'm thinking of taking melatonin to reset my sleep cycle.

That's it, I'm going to buy some melatonin. I'm going to stay up all night tonight and then take some melatonin at 10:30 PM so I can hopefully fall asleep at 11 PM.

Then I'm going to have my two alarms again to wake me up at 7 AM. I'll also open up my blinds so that sunlight will get in. I'll then take a 30 min walk outside to get more exposure to sunlight.

I should do this everyday.

I'm pretty sure I have delayed sleep phase syndrome. This is going to be tough. I hate it. I've tried going to sleep earlier, but I wouldn't be able to sleep until at least 3 AM. Even after staying up all night I cannot fall asleep at a normal hour. I really hope the melatonin and light exposure will work.
