I apologize ahead of time Glydin, because I think this post is selfishly about my confusion. I'm a bit lost here.
I'm confused about *triggers*. Whether posting positive or negative feelings ... social is the correct board, I believe. Or ... should it be psychology? Remember the trigger issue I created :{. Should I have posted that on psychology instead of social?
I had been thinking psychology was the meds board until right now. I just went to the main page and see that the meds board is actually psycho-babble! But there are discussions re: meds on psychology!? (Why isn't it called medication or pharmacology?)
I thought the name of the site was psycho-babble :O ... yikes! (I used to read the rules ... really.)
I'm confused re: meds right now and feeling like there's a fork in my road re: cocktails v. monotherapy.
I've recently physically moved, new P, new T, lonely as shi*, and I've really 'lost myself' in the shuffle, so really need to lean on this site.
I've been drawn to social because it's distracting me from all this confusion.
