(actually my favorite ice cream is this kind that I had in S.E. Asia. It's green pandanus flavored coconut based ice cream, scooped onto white sandwich bread, topped with toasted coconut and chopped peanuts. don't knock it 'til you try it. An old lady was selling it on top of a mountain. I never saw anything like it since, and I looked everywhere!)
