How do you get thru the everyday slog?

Posted by fi on April 24, 2006, at 14:37:01

This feels a bit like joining in at a party where everyone else is chatting..

I've not got serious depression at the moment. I am just at a stage when I'm not interested in things, and getting through the everyday things like eating, doing work seems hard work. I seem to have got out of just doing things without thinking about it as a regular routine eg shopping, cleaning, washing and ironing. I've also stopped opening most of my letters.

So I suppose its really about getting myself into doing things as a routine again. And getting myself thru the everyday stuff.

Any suggestions/tips would be great.

Fi
