hi everyone..
i was diagnosed with panic/anxiety disorder about 4 years ago...and thru therapy and meds and lots of patience for the most part ive done very well with it...the only major setback since my original diagnosis happened a couple of years ago when i started a new job..the stress just kind of pushed me past my tipping point..i stuck with the job though and went back to therapy to help get thru it..and did very well..
now im starting a new job again 2 1/2 years later...its very stressful and i can feel the anxiety and stress starting to push me back from where i want to be psychologically..i get frequent anxiety attacks at work and sometimes at home..
anybody got any tips for how a person with panic/anxiety problems can effectively start a new job and make it as smooth a transition as possible? im obviously bad at this!!
thanks
