I have this problem too. I think its an OCD thing. Some people repeat numbers, we repeat snippets of songs. Glad to know I'm not the only one.
I also have the 'imaginary friend' I talk to, but I always imagine her as a particular old friend from high school that I haven't talked to in years. I mainly do it while I'm driving. Its like I'm explaining where I'm driving, what I'm going to do, ect. I've alway felt a little crazy about it. I always think I'll have to tell her about it next time I see her. She knows I'm crazy already, so that's okay.
