I agree. First and foremost you should rule out illness. But with the situation, it sounds like nerves and a territory thing. Just think how she must feel, thrown into this total alien environment, which another cat has already claimed as his own. What else could she do but try to claim an area for herself? She's got to go somewhere! And she probably pee's on your clothes because they smell like you. She's probably trying to claim you too. Aw-w, its because she likes you 'so much'!
