Hmm, actually, I wasn't thinking about someone going in between two cars in the lanes. I was thinking about the person who makes me want to yell, "Pick a lane, buddy!" The ones who seem to be somewhere in between the two, versus completely in one or the other. Maybe they need the white line right underneath them to keep themselves going straight?
But yikes, yes I've seen motorcyclists do that, and at high speed. Without a helmet. Gives me quite a start, and then I get angry.
