I've seen motorcyclists do this and it pisses me off royally, although there's just nothing you can do about it. It's extremely frightening to watch them pull this stuff. Because it's so dangerous for everyone, not just the idiot who's causing the hazard. This *sshole thinks that because his life has no value, neither has yours.
Have you seen people in Cars, do this? I try to tell my children to be alert to this type of behaviour and get the license number. But it always happens so quickly there's no time to get anything.
These people are *ssholes whether they know it or not.
