I'm lucky; I have flex hours - I come in when I like (but generally by 9) and leave after I've worked 8 hours. I'm one of those morning people so I'm usually in a 7:30 and out by 4:30. I love it. Sometimes salary rather than hourly is a good thing; definitely a selling point for finishing college. Of course, somtimes I don't leave until 5:30 or 6, but thankfully not too often.
