I have called it Bobjectivity, as it depends on his judgment.

I guess we'll have to disagree on that. In online communication, where inflection, body language, tone, volume, facial expression, etc., are absent, the civility standards employed here are quite transferable elsewhere.
Moreover, in face-to-face discussions, I've found that I have more flexibility in the manner in which I present myself, to remain convincing and empathetic, while being critical of another. Your experience may differ.
And when I write to the editorial page, you can be sure that civility, as by Babble standards, is not in effect.
