I think the regular cheap hotdogs in NZ were something like 2% meat. Mostly soy.

A year or so back we changed our food regulations (on meat pies anyway) to bring them into line with Australian regulations. Lots of recepies had to change. Maybe Damos knows... I think it may have been 5%.
