Ya, I just checked the AU/NZ regs. Minimum of 30% meat in a processed meat product. If it's called a sausage, 50%. All ingredients other than additives or flavourings must be listed if 5% or more of the content. All ingredients listed in declining order of their initial weight before processing, except water, which can be estimated.

Other limits, such as an "all beef" product must be all beef, blah blah.
