Hey Jai for the life of me I do not know where I read it maybe on the Ambein site? but no lol it lessens the effect...I will see if I catch up where but lol no no caffine and no food close to taking it....ALSO NO BOOZE on any depressant kinda med...VIVA LA AMBEIN I cannot sleep without it which makes for bad addiction or dependance :(
