This stinks! If the roads and sidewalks weren't so icy, and if I was able to use both hands, I would put my dog on the leash and head down to the river or the parkway for a nice stroll. Maybe I can try a visualization exercise and have that walk without having to leave the house. I could always get on my mini-stepper and burn off some excess energy that way. Oh well, I'll figure something out.
