I have to agree with what everyone else has said. I seem to be dealing with a lot more anxiety now than I used to over everyday things that I can't seem to handle. Unfortunately, I've let my anxiety and anger get the better of me in the last couple of days. So bad, in fact, that when I see my pdoc on the 6th, she may fire me as a patient. I wanted to get a new one anyway but I would like to continue to see her until I have somebody new lined up. Now, I may not have a choice. Maybe I'll just have to suck it up when I see her. AND all that happened while I was taking my Xanax to try and cope with the situation I was dealing with.
