> Hi Guys,
> I jsut came in here looking for a little encouragement. I've got a lot of changes going on. I'm between meds and went up too high on one of them accidentally and need to back down (withdrawals are always fun) and am in the midsts of tough financial situations as I'm preparing to go back to school. Does anyone else find that good old fashioned stress can really ignite mental illness flames? Yuck

Yes, indeed it can. The problem is balance I think. Too much of this...too little of that..it offsets our equalibrium. It's like that feeling you are falling with no sense of what is around you. I also think stress can be like a horrid hangover from constant anasthetic. You don't feel anything...don't want to talk..and as a result, feel horridly miserable, grumpy, angry, etc. Then you just don't want to participate in life, and hide under the sheets forever.

I feel I have very little in answers on how to control the above. That's why we all are in some form of therapy and/or taking all sorts of medication. Man, I *wish* I could find that balance!

Fight the good fight,
Jay
