Just wondered because I think I have heard a fair few mention this one...
I was diagnosed (officially) after doing tests to see whether I was suitable for DBT or not. I studied up on the criteria big time because I was told DBT was my only treatment option (whether I met criteria or not). I worried whether it was kind of like lying... but then I figured...
ITS A PRETTY BORDERLINE THING TO DO ANYWAY, RIGHT???
