It's been raining for days here, it's hard to tell whether it's night or not. My apartment is cold and damp all the time. Last night I went for a walk, and didn't bother to take an umbrella because the wind would render it useless. A life - size nativity scene has been put up at the corner of my street, and if you stand close to it, you can hear electronic Christmas carols. It's ghastly really but I'd miss it if it weren't there. This time when I looked at it I thought it would make more sense if all the wise men were gathered around the manger looking at the baby, and I actually smiled. Give your son a hug for me would you?
