Just last week on the news a Dr. was talking about over the counter acid reflux medications, and mentioned that for many people banannas are the cause of acid reflux. I remembered this specifically because it surprised me, as I've always been told that they are good for an upset stomache, and well, they work for me most of the time despite what the Dr. said.
