I have lost many over the years...
but one of them was so very special and was killed in an accident two summers past; that one was devastating for me...
then a few weeks past, the one that was beginning to fill the hole he left in my life died of a heart condition... there are four others so I am not exactly destitute but there is still such a huge emptiness...
I could have a thousand dogs and it would be as if there was nothing left in my life...
and I am going through all the stages of grief... especially the depression and rage stages...
