OK, I am an hour away from my post partum follow up appointment at the naval hospital. Hopefully I will be taken seriously there since they under stand post partum more so then the guy psychologist I saw who has the nerve to tell me panic attacks won't kill you. Hasn't he seen the news about the mother's with pp killing their kids, not saying I EVER would, but still... I am just surprised at the way I have been treated by every one of the medical branches... the psychologists, the family doctors, the er visits, and the ob/gyn care, and even the dentist and pediatrics. Growing up my mom had a lot of medical problems so she learned to go to the best places possible and would make sure I would only go to the BEST doctors around as well. I was from Philadelphia so there were many renound doctors and hospitals. I guess I am just used to being treated like a human being when I need help and being taken seriously... Well any way, wish me luck, I need to get going to my appointment. God I am nervous... :(
