I would go to the emergency room.
No doubt about it.
I don't know all your details, but on what you've said:
I'd go in to the ER and I wouldn't even TRY to "contain" it for appearances sake once I was there. I'd be telling eveybody that came my way that I was losing it and need to see someone, cause I'm not going ANYWHERE til I get some F-ing help!
Be as strong as you can for yourself and your baby, but let them see what's wrong with you. let them know how you feel and that you need immediate support and therapy.
I was in the service in my early twenties. That's what I would do.
