You poor thing! What a crazy mess. There's nothing worse than being in pain 'and' having to deal with ineptitude at the same time. I can certainly sympathize. All I can think to suggest is to get another opinion (by a regular doc, not alternative). I'll be sending you good vibes to give you strength.
