I really like this board and mostly everyone seems to be so nice and supportive. I haven't even had much of the energy to read and answer as many posts as I would like to. But, I know that if I stopped feeling so all alone (because I know I am not), maybe it would help a little. How much is ok to share on this board in your opinions? I want to say so much, but am afraid to look like I am whining lol. I really don't post too many other places, and I guess I kinda feel like there is much more understanding with those of us who deal with emotional and psychological illness. Well, thank God for the internet. I have been trying to adjust to a med change and still haven't upped it to the total I am supposed to be on yet. I just feel impossibly unmotivated which I cannot stand. Well, anyhoo...take care and God bless
