10. you don't have to see that jerk of a boss again (until you hire him to clean your floors for you, with a toothbrush).
9. while you find this perfect job, you'll have some much needed rest and relaxation time (ok, you'll be with your son all day long, but that's what you wanted for so long)
8. just think of all the baked goods you'll have for your new interview. cookies always wow the new boss, so you'll be hired in no time!
7. your wonderful husband will be patient and supportive while you find your dream job, and you'll fall even more in love with him (but, beware you don't have another child in your time off!).
6. you can talk to me anytime you need to, so you'll be spending most of your time laughing (and of course falling in love with me!).
5. picnics in the park with your son... isn't that the best way to spend a day?
4. you won't have to worry aobut doing laundry at 3 am for a while (do it during your son's nap time dear.).
3. this is a great reason for you to take up smoking (hey! all the cool people do it!).
2. when you find a new job, it'll be one where you are appreciated and don't dread going to work everyday.
1. everyone is here to keep you company, listen to you get upset, share your joy when you find a better job, listen to you say "my stinker did the cutest thing today, he ate cheezits off the floor" (and every cute thing he does starting today), and help you in any possible way we can!
((((((((laurie))))))))) i know you're a little scared right now, but don't be. this is a wonderful opportunity for you to find that job you've always wanted to do. this is a chance for you to be a stay at home mom while you are looking. this is your chance to shine, as you always do. things will be wonderful for you dear, i promise! you're going to find that new job (after a bit of time with your son) and you'll be the new company rock star! (plus, you may find some cute new coworkers too, adn that's always a great thing!)
