I'm still on Effexor XR, at 150mg, as well as Wellbutrin XL.
Once I sprung for a REALLY expensive lotion with those fruity acids in them. I'm talking $50 for a way too small bottle (I think I bought it at Sephora, it has a doctor's endorsement on it). It actually cleared my arms up but I could not justify putting something more expensive than gold on my skin!!
One last thing - try putting on lotion before you go to bed.
