i crashed so badly this morning. Just sobbed and screamed and fell to pieces. then I read my pcb and I could not take it on top of being able to feel only 1 1/2 days free of this misery. This EMDR has stirred me up so deeply that I think anything would set me off. I just have to stay away for everyones' sake. Too volatile. Too raw.
