I think it would help if you could give us some background on your specific circumstances, like how long you've had depression (I assume that's your dx) and what your treatment history has been.
I don't know how long you've been here - I've been here a long time, but my participation has been pretty sporadic of late. Lots of people here are treatment resistant to varying degrees. The people who respond wonderfully well to drugs or therapy are probably too busy getting on with the rest of their life to spend any time here. I could say lots more, but without knowing more, I don't want to presume too much.
