Jai - I'll email you about my mom. Too hard to publicly detail her life. Just enough to say - growing up with a seriously mentally ill mom is a hard road to walk. As a child, of course I didn't understand. Her depression looked like rejection and felt like abandonment. To a child, when Schizophrenia is affecting your mom, it's truly a living a nightmare. Her hospitalizations were frequent and devastating.
