That is so irritating. I take it that you are the one in charge of designing the new logo right? Next time she tells you she's designing one, just tell her, "Thanks, but I've got some great ideas, if I need any help I'll be sure to give you a call." She should be able to take that hint... And if I'm wrong, and your not designing the logo, and she's just being extra "reminder-ish" just tell her, "As the person in charge of publicity here, I'm pretty informed, but thanks for the reminder." Either way, she should be able to get the hint.
